5-stag PCAP showdown
THE SHOWDOWN of big-time cockers resumes today at the air-conditioned Makati Coliseum via the third leg of the "Pinoy Cockers Association of the Philippines (PCAP) 5-stag one-day derby." Action starts at 4 p.m. with more than 70 fights on tap. Four entries shared the championship last Monday: Binangonan of Gov. Ito Ynares and former ambassador Danding Cojuangco, Fajinfer of Jet Fernando, Blue Blade Joke Joke Joke of Gerry Ramos and Golden Link Yra of Blandy Tolentino. Meanwhile, the second National Cockers Association (NCA) 7-Stag Derby starts tomorrow. All entries must be submitted today at WTJ office, from 2-9 p.m. For details, call 896-3545 and 895-6475.
