i dont think so my friend.. once you click quote you have to put message inside the quote pop ups then ok... i will give you the actual view of this

oic.... try to update your windows updates, click tools in your menu bar, click internet option, click delete cookies, delete offline files then click setting ,, increase the amount space then OK and Ok..


close the internet explorer then open new IE... let see what happen..
