I'm kind of worried about kenny, he doesn't know me but knowing he's from the south and with their famous southern hospitality I will be welcome. I will cook and introduce to everybody a heirloom dish handed to me generations back in the family. It's called agos-os in filipino dialect, it's a concoction of pig snouth, ears and tonque chopped in small cubes cooked adobo style with vinegar and lots of mushed garlics. They whole enchilada is thrown into a bowl of mashed sweet potato and mixed bare handed and then left to permint. After 4 hrs it's ready.:)

I drove from 4AM early morning and got back home at 11 PM on the same day just to acquire J.A trio of sweater ,it was a long and tiring trip b'cause only 2-3 hrs was spent in the farm,after 3 yrs 6 brothers with 1/3 blood of J.A sweater were fought in 7cock derby in ????? (it was last year) ,all survived only few of them with minor cut,1 of 2 champions with $135T champion prize.

I won't be able to join but I am sure that would be the most sought after dish in the party. Just don't forget to squeeze the chocolate in lemon grass (tanglad) and to add tomatoes in your recados. This sounds alien but believe me, the tomatoes will highten the flavor of all the ingredients you put into your "chocolate" stew and afer squeezing your "chocolate" in lemon grass it is as fluid as water... Kakainggit kayo!!! :)
