AGAIN THIS YEAR, ALABAMA GBA IS SPONSORING A MAIL-IN AUCTION OF BROADFOWL FROM ALABAMA BREEDERS WITH THE NET INCOME GOING TO THE UGBA-SB345 VICTORY FUND. ALABAMA'S BEST BREEDERS ARE CONTRIBUTING BROADFOWL FOR THIS AUCTION. THERE ARE NO BETTER FOWL ANYWHERE THAN THESE BRED IN ALABAMA. THE MAIL-IN AUCTION WILL WORK AS FOLLOWS:

1. The breeders and the broadfowl they have donated to the auction are listed at the bottom of this ad. Bidders will mail their bids to Stewart Harvard, 151 Huguley Road, Opelika, AL 36804. Bids must state: (a) The fowl being bid on and the name of the donor. (b) The amount of the bid. (c) The name , address and telephone number of the bidder. To be considered in the auction, bids must reach Stewart Harvard NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 1. Please submit each bid on a separate page.
2. The high bidder will be notified that they are the successful bidders by December 14. Low bidders will not be notified-----ONLY the high bidders will be.
3. The high bidders will send Stewart Harvard a postal money order or a cashier's check made out to Alabama GBA in the amount of their bid. No personal checks will be accepted. Payment must reach Stewart Harvard NO LATER THAN JANUARY 1. Otherwise the fowl will go to the next highest bidder.
4. Donors of fowl will be notified by Stewart Harvard of the name and address of the successful bidder on their fowl by January 10.
5. Successful bidders will pick up their fowl at the premises of the donor between January 10 and February 1, or they will make arrangements satisfactory with the donor for donor to mail the fowl during that period at bidder's expense. No shipments will be made outside the U.S. Advance payment for shipping must be made to the donor before fowl are shipped.

OTHER CONDITIONS OF BIDS. All bids are final as they are submitted. There will be no negotiating on prices or payment, no return of bid money, no guarantee of satisfaction. Bids are to be made based on the bidder's confidence in the breeder who is donating the fowl. Bidder will not make bids with additional conditions to those set forth in this ad. Bids which are not clear or which add unacceptable conditions will not be considered. There is a minimum bid price of $100 per bird. Fowl may be spring 2003 hatched. all will be mature enough for breeding in early 2004. Re-read this ad for complete conditions of bidding.
