What you feed do you use?

Oops I meant What do you feed your birds This is for the Back yard breeders & big time breeders in the states What feeds do you use from Day 1 to full grown? Example Once hatch People use Medicate or non medicated Chick feed till a certain age then feed is changed for cockerels of a certain age, then feed is changed when first molt, then feed is changed ect...Also what you feed pullets and hens of a certain age...

Please list what you use and the age of bird...
I notice alot of people feed differently and most of them feed once a day or always keep an abundant supply for the young ones to feed on when ever they want.some free range and some pen raised..I noticed from different people with the same lines and age of birds that looks different ( body sizes and weights with some skinny and some nice foot ball sizes)..So feed is my main issue of this research..Thank you in advance for all infos!!!

Fo the eggs do you hard boil them and give yoke or just the whites?

Also can you give scratch feed in free range because I can always add veggies , grass or fruits any time in the range plus there are bugs for them to nack on...I always give them Vits in the water from hatch date till penning...then off an on after penning....

I use Scratch Grain, with added Whole corn and oats, also i add half a bag of 18% grower pellets. Seems to do the trick.
