The application form of bai TallpulG, the same I emailed to you for transfer of information to the official application forms 2. The letter of instructions from Mr. Berbano re-NFGB membership. The same I replied for some clarifications kay we have to give the documents to 4 NFGB officials, the problem is, if each letter of intent is to be with the members application forms attached? REMINDERS LANG:

A). From the minutes of the last meeting:
1. Wing banding Period = March 1 to April 15, 2007
Criteria to be considered = 4 - 4 Primary during March and 4 - 3 minimum during April. Doc Joey Cortes pointed out that we have to produce a December born stag as our reference for the above.

2. Wing banding Scenario = the areas covered by the EVGBA will be divided into groups. The scheduled wing banding as per Item 1 will be drawn by lot for the Wing banding Team to visit that particular area. Only a member is entitled for his stags to be banded however, a non-member can have his stags banded only if a member will stand as his sponsor. If a member is not around during the banding, he can request the team to come back to his area only he shoulders the transportation expenses of the team. To avoid this situation, the team must see to it that the notice of the visit is clearly defined.

3. Requirements = as brought up by bai Bernie Tacoy the 1st 30 stags for banding = free and above 30 will be 10 pesos/stag. Only stags owned by an EVGBA member will be banded however, a non-member can still avail provided a member will stand as sponsor. A 50 % of the entry fee of the main derby as down payment will be asked. This will be deductible from his entry fee.

4. Circuit Stag Derbies = there will be 3 stag derbies for the 2007 Circuit with the main prizes and awards to be given during the completion of the circuit. This will comprise of the following: 3 - stag derby during the month of September, 4 - stag(main) derby during the 1st week of October and a 3 - stag derby during the last week of October. These said derbies are exclusive for EVGBA members only using EVGBA banded stags, however a non-member entry is welcome on any of the derbies but it will not be entitled for the main prizes and awards, only the champion or insurance prize respectively if it will come up to be so. All stag derbies for the circuit will be held at Nadongholan Cockpit, Ormoc City.

5. Shortage of Stags = a question was raised by Engr. Dodong Pinar, Isabel SB member, a new EVGBA member. This was about if a member is short of stags, can he use stags without EVGBA wing band? In case a member is short of stags, he can field stags banded by any association provided they will pass the screening as per criteria, 7 - 7 primary, etc. There will no screening of such kind for EVGBA banded stags.

8. Number of Wing bands to be procured = 4,000

11. Budget for the Wing banding Team = to be determined later

B). EVGBA's ENTRY TO THE TALISAY TOURIST AND RECREATION COMPLEX Dec. 19, 20, 21 5-CK 1M Derby = At stake is the remaining kurambos fund during the CF Midyear Derby plus sangkay Koyem's shares = 32,870(remaining fund) + 7,500(sangkay Koyem's shares) = 40,370 Php. Whatever remaining amount after this derby, will be recomputed on a pro rata basis. Bai Cholo, please repost the would be expenses so we can fomulate the betting scheme and to cut back expenses on the transport side, I am offering my services to meet bai Izlo and the derby entourage at the pier area direct to the cockpit. The same services on going back to the pier from the cockpit after the derby. This will depend however on the day that he will arrive Cebu if not in conflict with my personal entry. GOOD LUCK BAI IZLO...GOOD LUCK EVGBA...GO GO GO GO GO!!!!!

But assuming we can get 2 points on the elimination day, then our betting capital for the final day will be, 19,570 + 25,530 = 45,100.00.

tomorrow will really be the moment of truth. all the officers of the evgba are actually

on interim capacity. since the start of the formation of this group in baybay, leyte,

all positions were on voluntary basis.

bai ed and i are really reluctant officers. but for the love of the sport and the group

we pledged to do our very best to help the group to where it is now. since the early

months of 2005, we have been contemplating of passing the baton to other able

(which we know are aplenty) officers and members of the group because of family,

job, and health reasons. although i am really in good physical condition, my position as

VP, SEC. & TREAS is taking valuable hours from my family and my job. i cannot

in conscience continue to do this. i am really a person who wants 100% in every

endeavour i put myself in.

since, there are really 2 officers only thats doing multiple tasks in our group, and the

two (2) officers wanted fresher minds and more active bodies from the group to

participate, we are now leaving all positions (PRES, VP, SEC, TREAS) vacant and open

for nominations.

tomorrow is our 1st and official annual membership meeting. lets exercise our rights.

i know you all wanted us continue with our positions but we are also asking for your
kind understanding to give us the break we are requesting. rest assured however

1. Wingbanding Chairman Doc Joey suggested that a designated wingband numbers will be assigned and identified for a certain area and the team signatures must be affixed on the wingband sheet. Each area must have a wingband representative

2. The Wingband Committee visist must be drawn by lot

3. A 50% downpayment of the main stag derby pot money will be required for each member who will have his stags banded. This is 2,200.00 pesos. The 1st 30 stags to be banded is free and in excess is 10 pesos per stag

4. We will have to supply a copy of the windband sheet to the CVBA and CEGBA and they supply us in return and that a prior arrangement for honoring the respective stags will be done. Responsibility = the president

My partner at our backyard farm requested some monetary aid for the improvement of our
