Just an update sa pledge nako nga 1 ka manok para sa EVGBA kurambos entry sa Nadongholan Cockpit Ormoc Fiesta Derby, naa gyud ko pirmi ha plus my own entry pero tungod sa sitwasyon sa ako erpats nga mao na puy paggawas(ika-3 na gyud ni) sa ChongHua Cebu na pud unya permanente na gyud ang catheter, dili ta siguro sa June ba gyud ni matimingan sa final voyage niya, anyway, basta dili pa gyud matiming inig-uli nako, sirit gyud ang akong 1 sa kurambos and of course my own entry.Basin unya'g timing ba dili ra ba maayo ug nakahaya pa simbako mahimong kabasolanan i-out lang nako ang ako kon simbako lang, pero permanente nakaprepare mga noks mga abais, kay unsa man galing dayon man gyud ni. I go for the proposal of Bai Cholo with a little modification. May I suggest that we make it a 3-Stag Derby the pot money P3,300 per entry; minimum bet P1,100 and maximum bet P5,500; handler P10,000 and gaffer P5,000.

Also, I would like to join the farm tour if my sked will permit. Will just wait for the date coming from Bai Ryan.

My royda in the farm is not very pretty pero okay na pang barrio tupada place. Don't expect a 3 star accomodation but we will have friendly faces and help. I need bai ed to check it out to see if its okay. Twenty entries wiil fine ug karambola fund raising would be fun.

As I said to the troops that morning I have some kalding for lunch with a price and we will donate the money raised for the association funds. Okay more money for the assn.

peter zabala. he has his backyard breds also and
is doing some breeding for friends in naval and
tanuan. he was able to talk with his friend and
owner of tanuan gallera, bonet perez. got a positive
respons from these guys as they are really very
interested in joining the group and likewise parti-
cipating in our stag derby. there was even an
offer from bonet to hold the derby at their gallera
free of charge !!! they will try to form a group there

final yet and that there is a plan of the group to
visit tacloban and get to know the group there.
they were very enthusiastic about the plan and i
thougt they understood that this is going to be
a friendly derby and that our primary purpose is to
promote camaraderie and friendship among breeders
and to do a fund raising for the association.

hope we could schedule a trip to tacloban. have to

because our target is to get as much breeders as

i informed them of how evgba came about and what
our objectives are. after explaining to them all these,
i also informed them of our plan to stage a 1st evgba
sponsored stag derby. a credible and legitimate stag
only (at least 7 primary wing feathers, untampered
spurs not longer than a 25c coin, general appearance
of a stag.)

little did i know that after explaining to them this, i was
bombarded with a lot of NEGATIVE questions from
the senior breeders that are present there. maayo na
lang wala ma-wala ang composure nato didto ug i was
also ably assisted and backed up by bai izlo (hala sokol
mo, dako ra ba ni ako buddy2x, hehehe).

and vote officers for the evgba. hehehe, i told them to
hold their horses first, as we will also be doing a tour
and consultation of other places in leyte. then, we will
hold a general meeting with the view of electing

VENUE : Tanuan Gallera ( owned and operated by
bonette perez. he offered to have the
gallera for free in order to generate more
funds for the evgba. however, he requested
that should there be more than enough
income from the proceeds, P10k will be
deducted to cover labor, utilities, taxes, etc.)

FORMAT : 3 stag derby (this was also suggested by
the owner coz per his experience, we will
generate more income at the gates, as
more patrons would be watching if it is
a 3 or more cock derby.

ENTRY FEE : P2,500.00 ( to make it affordable for
more backyard breeders to participate
which is mass based.

MIN. BET : P1,100.00 (dili sakit bisan mapildi, hehehe)

MAX. BET : P3,300.00 (to discourage gambling and

Sorry my fellow EVGBAns obviously, with my present days on - days off scheme dili gyud ko ka-attend anang Oct. 15 nga derby at the same time ang akong na-contact nga screener from Manila dilia sab available ana. So, dili lang usa ko mag-active ani nga event but will try my best to field an entry as participant na lang usa. So, bai cholo, bai ryan, bai izlo(if he is still around), bai monching(if he is still around) will take charge nga ma-push through gyud ni nga derby. To everybody, please take note of the latest post of bai cholo as that will be the basis of everything. Some of my previous posts are applicable nevertheless, kini gyung kang bai Cholo kay mao nay consensus sa meeting. What I can do now is to withdraw the following from our account:

He will be very busy during that time because of so many derby activities in Manila, so, he is proposing the derby day to be moved to OCTOBER 8, 2005 .The reason is, the last leg of the LGBA will be Oct. 12 and 14 and as much as he is very willing to support and field an entry for our EVGBA stag derby and because of the conflict of dates, we will field an entry together. Meaning, if I will be around, I can bring his and my stags together to comprise of 2 entries, Doc Sonny EVGBA and my La Edre EVGBA entry.Bai Cholo please dessiminate the proposal to the new members if you have their contact numbers. For those who have access to the internet, please post if you'r agreeable or not on our proposal??? We are waiiiiiiiiitiiiiiiiiiingggggg. In conclusion, whether the proposal will be aprroved or not, let's all GO GO GO na for the stag derby.

Bai ed, bai cholo, bai izlo and bai monching i will try my very best na makontak sila tanan kadtong ni attend sa meeting last July 12, 2005 at Agus seafoods restaurant, para sa atong date na paderby kay mas maau man siguro na mas early nalang nato maheld ang derby kaysa madugay dugay kay tinoud gyud na sa October si Bai raul basin dili siya maka-ari para magscreen kay at that date daw ingon niya sa akoa na NGBA or GFBAn derby daw na sa bacolod. tapos naa man gyud siyay entry sa duha na Orginazation kay nagpabanding man siya kung ok sa inyo bossing cholo ato nalang ibalhin ang dates na mas maka early ta para pud atong duha ka mga bossing maka attend mas maau man gyud na na naa sila sa atong paderby... was an agreed date bcoz we know that circumstances
like this (conflict of sked) can happen. what is important
here is that the big bossings, the screener (very impt)
will be around during our derby.

the group is trying to set the date, they considered
also the VSC 4-stag clean=up derby dated sept 29,
30 & oct 1. that is one of the reasons why it was set
oct 15. anyways, wala pa man ta magpa print ug mga
ads and posters re date of stag derby, so pwede pa
ni ma-adjust.

i will wait for rebel's commitment and for the bossings
