    1.) 25% claret 25% roundhead & 50% glhatch
    2.) 50% sweater 50% roundhead
    3.) 50% brownred 25% kelso 25% hatch
    4.) 50% ylhatch 25%roundhead 25% kelso
    5.) 50% lemon 25% roundhead 25% kelso

if you want to breed........high breaking fowl..........start with family of fowl that can and have ability to break......with that base blood.........you can start improving and adding more........if they still lack anything........like hangtime ability in vertical leapers angat sarado..........or timing in going up.......in salto fighters.

but if you want to breed.........high breaking fowl........and start with .........groundfighter breeding materials.........and later infused high breaking traits....because you think they need it in lk.......the offsprings........they would say...........would be only..........average fighters.........because.......they wouldn`t know...... if they will go up..... or rather stay on the ground.

again .........you will violate....they say....the law...........of common sense breeding............
    avoid........breeding together.......opposite traits

    buhawi,

that is a very good point of view... i totally agree with it...
would it be a plus if we can produce a fowl that has a quick killing ability with vertical leaps??? first vertical fly does not always garrantee(tama ba?) a win...though, its a plus if you hit first....ground fight always does the killing....

See, that is why I really love this sport. Especially the breeding aspects of it.

I notice that Buhawi (Whom I highly respect and regard in his opinions) states not to breed together opposite traits........

I breed the way my Tio taught me.....(kind of hard to explian)

    1. Breed totally similar traits
    2. Breed totally dissimilar traits

It has worked for me, but it may not be for everyone.

The more the know about this sport, the more I realize that there is much more to learn.

    Regards,

my breeding approach i do mate complimentary traits.

there are rare times when i have to mate opposite traits
this is to break a trait which i feel already becoming un-
    wanted.
