    Thumbs up Chris NeSmith

Just to update an old thread the 2 Sweater hens he sent me arrived in perfect condition. I isolated them under mosquito net until the fowl pox vaccine had a chance to stick and bred them shortly thereafter to a Carol NeSmith Sweater cock I acquired 4 years ago from a trusted breeder.

There is nothing to say except that at 2+ or so months they are the most perfect chickens I have ever seen. The station and conformation are perfect, the legs are straight and long, the head is held high; the pride in their walk says what I have wanted to hear since I started my farm 5 years ago.

I can't wait to cross the offspring hens to my Hamlin Asil. The hens themselves will never see another cock as long as my Carol N cock can do the deed.

    regards,

I've seen your old thread and post, and at this point i can say that "patience is a real virtue", 'coz have you exercise patience that would have save a lot of anxieties on your part and perhaps prevented some misunderstanding arising from some of you "un-called for statement"! Nevertheless, i am happy that this things have been resolved. Time is ripe to give Chris and Kelly NeSmith of Blackwaterfarms an apology and gratitude which they so really deserved!
    Good luck to your breeding...

    Striper,

I may wrong here, but I thought it was a different Chris (son of Vito from Pit Master, or something like that) that tallpaulg had some shipping problem with.

To the stripper: Business is business; when you take someones money you are obligated to communicate with them. Why do you dig up crap from a dead thread. Kellty was the problem, not Chris; he was gentleman enough to correct the problem the instant he heard about it. You take a positive post and turn it to your negative attitude.

When I give someone my money I expect them to return my emails and/or phone calls. Exactly how long would YOU be patient?????

tallpaulg, I know your not going to start that bs with me again. What we all need to be concerned about is HR137(S261). If you are a real breeder/gamefowl lover then that's where you should put you time/money and voice at, opposing it!!!! You have a good day, Kelly
