You can use Forza Animale as a growth promotant. Mix it in their waterers daily for 5 consecutive days.
You can also use Electrolytes on an alternating basis with your preventive medication.

When it comes to preventive antibiotic medication, you can use:
    Gallimycin
    Baxidil
    Cephalexin Suspension
    Ampicin Suspension
    Tylan Soluble Powder
    ESB3

Caring of newly hatch chicks is a tricky matter. You need patience and a natural instinct of a mother HEN.

No need for antibiotics, just keep them with momma in a fresh pen, I don’t incubate. Feed soaked fermented oats from day 1 and a quality chick starter you can mix a little whole wheat to the mix in a week or 2.

Medicated chick starter for the first week then I start cracking and mixing my regular feed in little bit to start and by three weeks strait cracked feed. When feathers come.in they hit the ground in a big brooder to be turned out during day and locked in at night when they go to trees the strong will survive.

I dont like medicating chicks a whole lot but they do get a day one shot just to keep disease down but after that and a week of starter its up to them to survive. All that meds and help will just help hide culls in my pov.
