I personaly breed his yellow leg greys.Charles Steven is a good friend of mine. These are some of the best greys I have owned. They kick as hard as a mule. They have lots of power.I breed them to his Puckett reds.I also bred them to Larry Carters Bates Greys and they mostly won them all.I will try to post some pictures of them here.

No I dont think they fight the same. I think the yellow leg greys are way better that is why they cross their green leg greys to some albany or sweater thats why they come yellow legs.

    Re: Pucketts Game Farm

The Pucketts we had back in the day were both green legged and yellow legged. Occasionally durring breeding the hens would throw some reds. These were mean SOB's they bit like crazy and were near impossible to handle in the pit, but they were guaranteed winners. The few that we did put up were hard to handle but they won without a scratch each time. I have one green legged grey Cock, and a red brother which somehow threw some blue legs. These boys have already been shown and are sitting pretty in the broodpen. The Stevens Brothers have quality birds, no questions asked. I have confidence that they will send nothing but the best and advise all of you, if you have the chance to get some do!! And let them chose you wont be disappointed.

    Re: Pucketts Game Farm

I have gotten birds from Chales and he has always sent me quality fowl. I've gotten the Reds (Albany and Sweater) and they Greys (GL and YL). My favorites were the Albanys. They were the least mean and were the best overall. The Sweaters are good but some come out a bit mean. The Greys are also good but the yellow legged ones are better.
