Hi Carol, on that mating the offspring would be 1/4 sweater, 1/4 hoskin grey, & 1/2 gilmore this kind of combination is best for Pi or Mexico? thank you very much.......

Hi Carol, how are you doing? Wish your doing well health-wise! Is there a chance that you can be present at the World Slasher's soon? Also I wanted to ask when you won the World Slasher back in the 90's what lines were you using? Where they mostly Possums? I just concluded so as they are mostly ground fighters that give alot of feet (and boy can they cut).

will really appreciate you sharing this! thank you sir!

Some of them were 1/2 ylh and 1/2 possum sweater. But most of them were pure sweaters. Thanks Carol

Sir THey were bred out of reverse mating, Breeding them together is to only make seed stock. Cross them to hatch's or kelsos or ylh, or roundheads and they will make very offspring. The pure ones that you got the first breeding should be a lot better after they turn 2 or 3 years old. Because they are inbred. Thank You Chris and Carol

    good day sir!!
    hope you're in good health!
just one question. ive been an admirer of the sweaters since i saw them in the derbies but
they say sweaters are sulkers, they're not game enough but when sweaters fight most of the time they fight doesnt go to the drag due to the breeds excellent fighting skills.
is it true that sweaters are sulkers? if so then how can we improve its gameness?
    thanks and more power!

Sir If you have a good family of Hatch then I recommend that you breed the sweaters to the hatch. And this should help the gameness, if your sweaters are sulkers.Thank You Carol

Hi Carol, good evening...... i have a question sir, mating the possum sweater over 5K line. What would be the offspring blood composition? I asked this because i don't know exactly what is in the 5K blood, appreciated very much.

$5K Sweater - Possum Sweater = Pure Sweater

I said lets wait for the GURU, but just for the sake of argument I'll stick to my conclusion. 1/2 YLH + 1/2 sweater = 5K line over a possum sweater = do the math

The 5k line is carrying ylh stuart blood so if you breed them together they will be carrying 1/8 of the yl blood. Thanks Carol
