    Who makes the best short knife in Mexico?

    The best knife in my opinion is El Asustado Y Zarazua cant go wrong with any my friend.

    These knives are very high quality and beautiful. They are heel ripper style con tacon.

    ZARAUZA!!!! Sin Tacon..In Mexico..Baldemar migh have some goodones I might swing by his place this summer on my vacation he is from the same area my familiy is from..

    They run about 180 dollars for a dozen maybe Zarazua for a little more

    I like Asustado the best for 130dollars then I would go for Azteca or Zarazua for about the same amount of money.

    A uncle from mexico gifted me a dozen short knies. 5 were "Zarazua" and 7 were "Special". I had never heard of this brand "Special", anyone use these?

    Fellers alot wont agree but ,Dean Robinson made a socket knife that I believe to be far superior to any fork knife!!!My friend who rolls in the s/k whipps the socks off fellows using Deans knifes.That ol deal that a fork is better than a socket to me is a bunch of bull!!!A good knife is no good with out a good cock to swing it!!!!!!!........Coldsteel

    The "Special" brand are from the "son" of Salvador Zarazua they are pretty good but I still like the father's knives better.

    I was just want to risk them being some cheap knifes, but iguess they are probably pretty good thanks prietos

    No problem. But if you have a choice between the two of them always go for Salvador's its just better steel.
