i wonder how this people come up with this fancy name. why not call it ''insertyourname'' if you really must have your name in it then put kelso, hatch etc. it mustve easier to sell a breed with a fancy name ..who knows.
do you have an offspring for this particular mating??? if yes can you please spare some if you have extra? or any of our colleagues here who has the slim bloodline.
were only backyard breeders but would really love to have this line as our starting blood.
thank you sir and more power to all
can anyone give me info. on his silver bullets n what do and do they cut?
and can anyone tell me what makes up this blood line up plz..
Slim Benoist Silver Bullets
History: 4-time winner white came from Billy Abbot, gifted to John Trotter, passed on to Joe Goode, Joe Goode was a perfectionist didn't like off-colors and gave the 4-time winner to Slim. The 4 time winner white was bred to the Joe Goode kelso and the rest is history.
more info please............
more more more....................
the original hen came from walter kelso to frank steele to paul goode to slim benoist...slim breed the hen to a johnny moore albany and madigin claret cock...the offsprings came out white and was called silver bullets... tight feather and yellow leg are the winningest among the strain...
I saw some fought at sunset several years ago by a guy that bought them from benoist. They were white and some had a few black feathers, and most were medium stationed. Not the highest breaking or as stylish as some other whites, but they could cut really well and was very tough and game.
Any info on prices 4 hens brood cocks pairs trios?
can anyone out any pictures plz thanks

the earliest person to import the silver bullet from slim and together with the big tail hatch
he developed different strains that are sought after by many filipino breeders and even made them famous...
