I didn't want to sound boastful... But they are 1 of the strongest families I have... and they have tons of bottom. Not having any to sell was another reason I kept quiet.

If you want great clarets find someone with bill baumgardners old blood. He was cocker of the year at del rio fighting hatch claret cocks.Anyone whos ever fought there knows how hard the competition was.His clarets were the real deal.

    Smile Re: HH MOORE CLARETS

This Claret line almost give me all the reason to breed them as many as i can, cross them w/ my line and produce some superb LK chicken. This line also taught me a lot of patience, found them suitable to fight at 18 mos and above. Fast and accurate cutting fowl.

My utmost respect to my freind for sharing and lending me some of his stocks.

CARSON FARM breeds this H.H. MOORE CLARETS from Carol Higginson and Mike Everett. Farm is located in San Rafael Tarlac City, Philippines.

    Hope this helps.

    God bless.

    Re: HH MOORE CLARETS

I got some HH Moore Clarets form Charlie Carr. These were very good roosters and they were some of the best cutting roosters i have ever seen. they were a beautiful wine red w/ some coming black spurred. i crossed them with my rubles and fought them in the LK and they performed very well. they were very smart and they could just set up a rooster for the kill. with the power of the rubles behind them they would sink that LK to the hub.

Sidney... If it were still legal, I wouldn't let many out either. I'd sure like to see some pic's of your H.H. Moore's... Not too many of us still have em.
