You know Gene Batia has very good GL SC Greys. Rocky Top Game Farm, and my favorites would probably be Jerry Adkins of Slick Lizard.

The WTGreen Greys (Sweaters) are really good foundation fowl bring alot to a breeding with your favorite crossing fowl.Seen them crossed with about everything havent seen many not better for the WTblood. My partners step dad been using the WT blood for many years and one of the better ones is the BrunerRH x WTGreen grey. Several folks around have them alot of the Good GL Grey familys carry thier blood.

RedFox Greys for me. Got the old line Hulsey Greys too from Juancho Aguirre. I got two trios of Greys from Rochelle Brown about 10 years or so ago together with two trios of McLeans. I still have the originals. And they still produce winners, bred to each other todate. Last season, the Grey cock was bred over Kelsos and the offspring hold promise. Solid lines stay solid. Keep them crowing!

I watched bob Howard with those greys a lot at springbrook when it was open and I also matched into one of them in the short heel. TOUGH is right I did come out on top but it could have went either way and it took over 1 1/2 hrs. To finish it. He was as tough as they come especially in the drag pit!!

    Re: good green legged greys

I have to add, Shorty Bullock Greys. I was matched against one in the WSC, owned by my friend Atty Ed Moreno. The Grey cock was already a one time WSC winner. I had a black J. Horta Asil broodcock that moved so well, against any type rooster he was sparred against, that is why he was entered. Long story short, our Horta broke high, but the Shorty matched our break and was maybe two or three inches higher. We lost. The extra long knives these days are just too deadly in the fly! When Jesse learned that the broodcock was fought, he was NOT pleased. But he promised to give me another one. We ended up with 5 wins, 1 draw, 2 losses. The Shorty beat one of my best bets. WSC 2011.
