Yes he does have Allen roundhead, cobra asil, and many more but don't know if he had any bulldogs. I would also like some more feedback on his farm. Thanks.

Yes, Gator Creek is Dan Gibson , and yes he bred bulldogs too , was a fancier of the OFRN / Red Devil - Corvino dogs from Mike and Dan Norrord.

I dont know " alot " about them in particular , had a far amount of it when I got started in gamedogs 20+ years ago , I first received some dogs from a gentelman named Kenny Gaines , who started the Fargo / Turtlebuster line .. he and Mike Norrord were buddys and had some dogs in common. Mike and and his brother Dan were Iron workers and started IronLine Kennels in the 70's using dogs they bought from Cappy Ross and Veria Frasier which were heavy in the Nebbletts / Corvino bloodlines. They were fanciers of the Old Family Red Nose dogs and have stuck with it till today .

We have a full buffet here now, just like anywhere ... what did come around the last 15 years or so was the more heavy Mayday and Redboy dogs ... out here , the SouthWest has always been heavy in Eli / Carver type dogs . There were magizines like your Gamecock that also kept the fraternity in the know , most if not all are now defunked ...We have more then our share of puppy peddlers and paper chasers ( altho you guys dont have writtin pedigrees ) just like Gamefowl breeders have to deal with. Good dogs are found on the yards of good dogmen regardless of "bloodline " , im fast learning its the same way with gamefowl. ... best words of wisdom come from a long time dogman and friend ..." Its not HOW there bred , Its WHO's breeding them and WHY " ...im pretty sure that can carry over to the birds as well.

DesertRat, you're bringing back a lot of old memories about Bulldogs. I had a dog heavy in Hemphill's Geronimo blood and a bitch from Sorrels yard. Both were Bulldogs, and heard a lot of good about the Turtlebuster dogs.

El Mexicano , no ...sorry as ive never delt with him , altho if he is as meticulous about breeding his birds as he was his bulldogs , he should have some good ones.

Not 100% I was told Jerry had chickens. I also read the breeder had dogs and dropped the chickens. I might be 1,000 miles off too! LOL! Yes, I met Floyd Boudreaux down in LA @ old Hickory/Pearl River venue.

    Re: Gator Creek farm?

I'd have to call Mike Norrord and ask him for sure about Dan Gibson , but Dan is or was an engineer by trade , he had at the time a very sophisticated computer program that thoroughbred race horse owners/breeders used to match up the best possable breeding or the best possable outcome .. anyway Dan used it on his own dogs ( http://www.apbt.online-pedigrees.com...e&dog_id=10131) and was trying to convert it for gamefowl ... I dont know what ever became of it .

I got two dogs from Floyd years ago, small world. There was a guy in NC that went by Tarheel Matt, he used a horse breeding program for his Bulldogs too. Here's one of his Bulldogs, http://www.apbt.online-pedigrees.com...ee&dog_id=2026

And I know there are alot of quality bulldogs in the PI as well, PI dogman Jovince Arce came to the US and went on one hell of a shopping spree , he picked up dogs from Bobby Holland (Red Boy dogs ) , Albert White ( Jeep / Red Boy dogs ) and Jerry Wily from Dead Serious Kennels ( Carver dogs ) .

I might give him a call, could be very good.
Matt and I had an issue a while back. He wanted me to do a few things for him and I didn't want to get involved. I'll shoot you a PM tomorrow with some of the details. Got to get back to the birds in keep.
