Re: Birds that hide under wing

Out of the 7 I was able to hatch out.. 3 are stags two are feg over some oriental/black so 1/2 feg 1/4 oriental 1/4 black.. Those two stags like to duck and wrap necks already.. No good

but the one FEG stag i managed to get hatched out has already beaten the bigger one down in pecking order, yesterday.. Right side of face was bruised blood at surface..left side wasnt as bad so wouldMean that little feg was using his left leg pretty good.

White toppy birds also like to do this.its bad behavior, and after they go under the wings they start weeling. Mostly all toppys be wheelers.

White Toppies and All Toppies are Wheelers?? This is your opinion and you are entitled to it... But that statement is not true or Factual ..... Maybe with the Orientals breeds, But Not All Toppies are Wheelers..

Asils do this also when the fight begins it's tactical. But toppy fowl do this for other reason. They can not handle the hard kicks. Runners they are the dunghills under the gamefowl.

True, but not all, My PR Asils are heads up and don't go under wing. They keep there head in the right direction, not looking away. They are deep game and aren't your typical stand up trading blow for blow stupid Asil. They are smart and they control there opponent by grabbing side of face while landing heavy blows. They have excellant endurance. My opinion on under wing orientals is this, if they go under to just hide this is not good. If they go under wing and pop out landing blows to back of head this is good.

Dont know what toppies you have seen, but my dad had ruble toppies for thirty years. Game to the core and no hiding under a wing or wheeling. Added that blood to everything ever breed on our farm. Got alot of trophies that toppie blood helped win.

I have seen many White Toppies and Dom Toppies over the years were very tough birds. Never seen I quit, run or wheel. I can tell you with today's competition that if you run into a Toppy or off color Rooster he is gonna be tough.

so you must be chasing some good wheelers and duckers then.
Because all youve been asking for on here for quite some time is if anyone has eggs from Toppy/Asil

You been looking in the wrong places if that is your conclusion on Tasseled birds..............lol

Yeh yeh after 2 bottles off Jack's it's not easy to understand it anymore. But toppy fowl is exaly a low budget meat bird. They're small. people don't have money to buy a big 4 kg asill for consumption. 2 dollar a kg means 8 Buck's for 1 bird that's to much. Toppy 1.5 kg means 3 bucks for 1 bird. That's enough for boiling a chicken stew . This explains why kfc can sell their stuff so cheap. Make a long story short toppy fowl are meat birds no gameness.
