Flarry is old Irish for fiery, has to do with the fiery red eyes. Don't know how that could discredit them.

That bird is a 3X derby winner... as a stag.... as a bullstag.... and as a cock.... for some reason or reasons it is only when he sees me that he would act like that so I called him Flarry... I do not mean to discredit the Flarry eyed birds...... I just gave him that moniker for easier recognition like when I tell my handler to "get Flarry", I don't have to put it in so many words....... I don't see any reason my post is a discredit to Flarry eyed birds....

That hat may be true, but when I see a picture with a bird with hack feathers up.. I said “I hope you’re not” didn’t say he was. Now learning the story behind it makes more sense.

insecure like when you always have to state your a gaff guy and got birds from a gaff guy??

over and over..are you going to PV to show us all how secure you’re?

What does owning gaff birds got to do with being secure?
Your showing your insecure hack feathers again.

Damn PinoL, I gotta say thats pretty ballsy to take one like that into the pit 3x for money. I saw the pic and it looked like a defect lol vice the typical Flarry Eyed Grey look but I get you on the name for identifying. When I was a teen we had some Hatch Claret brothers, all had shown the same qualities as their older brothers thus far, nothing out of the ordinary. When we trimmed them SC bullstags, one hacked up when I put him back in cage. I thought like someone mentioned above that the sob was part ridgeback or russian boar lmao. Left me scratching my head, he was the bigger one of the bunch and not that the size matters but its how I remember him. Needless to say he didnt make it.

Bidderfly, thats funny. I can hear it now, people looking around like what the hellllll is that . Here you come with him, does his thing and leaves squacking again lol.

I’m glad you won with that one but in the past. I have stretched a man shy roosters neck. A win is a win

That bird shows willingness to fight when faced off with another bird.. he only shows his flarry style hackles when he sees me walking towards him with the intention to pick him up... he wouldn’t have lasted long if I heard him squawk as I have always a sharpened cleaver in the kitchen...

I didnt even think about the squawk PinoLto be honest but I hear you. One to me is bad enough let alone hacked up when he saw me plus squawking, lord. Wondering, did he ever badly injured in his 3 shows?

The first 2 were breast muscle cuts had them repaired nicely. and recovery was fast... healthy birds heal fast..the 3rd as a
cock was very clean as he got the other bird in the first fly, the other bird landed disabled and almost dead ..I could have
won fastest kill if there was any..
