Has anyone bought the book from Douglas Bruce? I seen a video he did he really broke down wat pointing is and how it works and how to hold them really the best explanation anyone has giving. Most people go around the question when asked.

Kelly Everly's book on conditioning and pointing is highly recommended as well.

Save your money, Breco's booklet is only $10. Douglas Bruce's is probably affordable if he's selling it in the Philippines. He's on FB.

The price for Douglas's Book and DVD is US $$, you can order through EBAY or talk to him directly. Anyone try or know Ronnie "Tennessee " Patterson's keep , he has one for sale.... also seen a guy selling Driskell's "Hy Roller" keep.

Ronnie pattersons keep was simple....focused a lot on getting them healthy. ive seen lots and lots of keeps and they all have one thing in common.....you need to start off with ace roosters. lol
even the great mike Ratliff when advertising doing his school asked his students to bring two ace cocks. now if you've got 12 students and each brings the two best roosters from their yard,
you've got or should have 24 monsters....that's more then half the battle right there in my opinion. also have a question about Ratliff...I know that he won many derbies....but did he ever win any big
ones? sunset, copperstate, texoma....7cocks, 12 cocks etc?

No....benchwork has not went away and shouldn’t go away....I believe Mr Bruce does benchwork in his keep....as far as rotation goes I think the guy that moves them roosters everyday is getting more of a workout than the fowl IMO. Burn them calories fellas. lol.
