Thanks so much and yeah the shocker hatch resemble the mel sims a lot these 2 particular hatches are both straight comb roosters.They can really turn the fan on.

Keep breeding them they look very good birds. Have to test them though to see where they stand but the way they spar they look great. I'm guessing the shocker hatch are the one the breaks in the air.

The good thing is you have several great line to breed. All you have to do now is focus on a couple of lines. The more lines the harder it gets to focus. Just a suggestion.

That's what I'm trying to do lurena I'm young in the sport,but trying to figure out what I like best of these fowl to concentrate on I'm very happy with my hatch and blacks haven't had the roundheads long or greys

Jimmy Tyler out in Oklahoma is where they come from he goes by Shocker he has the old Jimmy East blood he told me infused with a blueface.

Oh ok, yeah I think it's the same ones I seen. It was a younger guy with them I think it was his partner. He said they were from Jimmy East Sr..

For my humble opinion I think crossing a hatch to hatch will be good. Thast why they are famous and well known hatches because these American Breeders did well and fight them as pure...

Man good hatch are the easiest to find in the U.S. Bamasport-Gerrards,Robert Harvey-Blueface,Larry Romero-Mcleans,Jeff Hudspeth-Leipers,Skinny Farms-Mel Sims Hatch those are just a few but there are good hatch fowl everywhere.

I am looking for two nice hatch families that are showing good in Mexico. Has anyone used James Sylvester,Andy Robertson, or Mel Simms hatch. Any and all the help would be greatly Appreciate it

I havent had any of those hatches from them but my uncle that lives in mexico uses Mclean hatch and doesnt lose. He crosses his mclean with miner blue's. He has had the Mclean bloodline for over 50 yrs. I personally like the Lieper's
