Here's a few vitamins and pharmaceuticals I have available.

The pictures below are the bulk products. I've broken them down to single use measurements for gallons and liters. And they come in small ziplock bags like this:


I did all the weighing and dosing so all you have to do is add the appropriate amount of water.

So, let's start off with just hatched chicks. From day 0 to day 1, give them this green gel. It's really good and starts them off healthy.


Here's a write-up from the manufacturer:

For hatchlings to start off well, they need prompt access to water and feed. The earlier access promotes more rapid development of the digestive tract and the immune system. In turn this results in improved livability and as much as 5% to 7% heavier body weights.

GroGel Plus B provides an easy means by which just-hatched chicks and poults can receive immediate nutrition and hydration. A unique formulation, GroGel Plus, manufactured by Dawe’s Laboratories, is tailored specifically for the limited amount a hatchling can eat, and for immature nature of its digestive tract. In a soft palatable gel, GroGel Plus B supplies crucial nutrients in the most concentrated, digestible forms.

Water: Dehydration can lead to increased mortality, loss of bodyweight, slower rates of gain and depressed immune response. GroGel Plus supplies a substantial amount of water, giving birds a better chance to thrive.

Proteins, Peptides, and Amino Acids: The “building blocks of most body tissues. GroGel Plus contains processed, complete proteins purified from several sources to supply a complete balance of peptides and amino acids.

Carbohydrates: The grains selected for GroGel Plus B are processed to remove unnecessary fiber and to improve digestibility and concentration of the carbohydrates, the primary source of energy.

Fats supply energy and become parts of membrane and nerve tissues. The fats in GroGel Plus B provide high levels of essential fatty acids in a highly digestible form.

Vitamins: 1 dose of GroGel Plus B exceeds all the necessary vitamin requirements for day-old hatchlings.

Probiotic Bacteria helps establish normal gut bacterial populations which help exclude many disease causing bacteria by competing for attachment sites and nutrients, producing anti-microbial substances, and stimulating the immune system.

After mixing, scoop GroGel Plus B onto a paper feed tray with some feed.

Here's how to use it:

1 pack is good for 20 chicks. When they come out of the incubator, feed them this right away 1 time. This is good for 24 hours. After that, feed and water them as you would normally. Pour the powder onto a piece of paper or cardboard, add water 1 drop at a time until you get the green looking gel like the picture above.

Vitamins and Electrolyte Concentrate Pack:

Use this from day 7. I'll post up a product that you can use for day 1-7. So use this after 1 week. This is the bomb!





PHP 3.00 per pack. Good for 1 gallon (4 litres) of water.

Powdered Cider Vinegar Pack:

If you use Apple Cider Vinegar, might as well use these. They are the same except that store bought ACV is so much more expensive. And it's exactly the same... no worries with this; tried and tested.



PHP 2.00 per pack. 1 pack equivalent to 1 tablespoon pure cider vinegar. Good for 1 gallon (4 litres) of water.

LS-50

Combination of 2 antibiotics, Lincomycin and Spectinomycin. For use in chickens up to 7 days of age as an aid in the control of Airsacculitis and complicated Chronic Respiratory Disease.

If you are going to use this the first seven days, do not use the Starter Pack or ACV. But I suggest you use this only when your birds get CRD. I don't like to give anti-biotics on day 1. I think it's too much for the gut. Vitamins, Electrolytes and Cider Vinegar are better. But when the birds gets sick, it's tough to beat this! This is one of the best anti-bios out there.



PHP 40.00 per pack. Good for 1 liter of water.

Tylan-50

For use in chickens to control Chronic Respiratory Disease caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum or synoviae.

Another anti-bio for CRD that you can try if LS-50 or other antis are not working. This is a tried and tested brand by many poultry raisers of all breeds.

You can buy as little or as many as you want.

But here's the deal: LBC will charge P150 whether it's 1 gram or 500 grams. And 1 pack of Tylan is about 2 grams only.

So it's really up to you.

Liquid B12 plus Vitamin K



The good stuff! Liquid B12 with Vitamin K. Not only do you have B12 , you won't need to supplement K anymore because it's already in the mix! Plus this super concentrated form contains 10,000 mcg of B12 per ounce. 1 ounce equals 30cc or ml. So at a regular dose of 3cc/ml you get a dose of 1,000 mcg of B12. That's a lot of B12 for cheap, plus you get the added Vit. K. and no needles, just administer orally.

Ok thanks sir Senti, i have not compared the formulation but i think the Red Cell is specifically formulated for horses. If you have the means to also bring Poultry Cell in PI and offer at a lower price like the Liq. B12 then that will benefit sabungeros alike. TIA
