How do you feed them, Mr. Purdy? I just want to make sure they get acclimatized to Philippine weather and feeds. I feel like buying 4 stags as gifts to my uncle whose cock I pitted in the cockpit without permit from him. It's one way of apologizing to him. I want to buy on February, 2013. Do you think more would be available by that month or year? Thanks...

We feed a yard mix that averages around 16% protein. Some get fed twice a day, some get fed once a day depending upon which farm and their age. The earlier you get them to the PI, the better they will adjust to the PI. Getting stags and molting them over there works well.

The best selection is now, thru the end of the year. We still have over a hundred stags running loose, so those younger ones will be the last to sell but will be very nice. If you want to reserve some for February, we can select and band them for you if you'll send a deposit of 50%. If you can come here to select your fowl that would even be better.

First, shipping to Paranaque will not be a problem. We use Willie Dungca as do many others and his record of success is excellent. We have 100% confidence in Willie. Plus our stags are healthy and well fed, so they travel well.

Second, payment should be sent via Money Order in US Dollars. Paying in December or January will not be a problem.
