Go to User CP select edit profile picture and paste it there.Use option 2 if you have the pic saved on your computer. Use option 1 if the photo is on photobucket or a site like that.

When you hit chicken talk and it goes to the thread page theres a tab on the top left corner that says new thread just click it and it will open a new thread.
