gusto ko lang maghingi ng payo sa mga kasamahan natin kung anong mixture ng grains at pellets ang maganda para pangmaintenance sa 6months old stag onwards para bumuka na rin ang katawan o balikat.
salamat sa lahat.

ang sa akin special conditioner grains plus pellets which is a mixture of 3 parts thunderbird classic maintenance, i part duck layer pellets and 1 part calf manna. the grains to pellets ratio is 50/50. routinely babad sa tubig yung grains. ok yung mixture sa stags, pati peas ubos. ok sa buka yung 7-8 months stag ko.

Feeds
Pellets ang pinakamabuting source ng breast muscles. Use pellets with 20%protein and mix with equal part of grain mixture(mais, trigo, malta and beans etc). Grains are somewhere from 12 to 14%protein so when mix equally with the pellets, the resulting protein% is about 15 - 16%. This is a good maintenance feed for your fowls. When conditioning fowls, all you have to do is increase the protein % to about 18% by either adding dog food, fish protein, beef meat and liver.

Wash-out.

Pag-asa Haven
Grain mixture (mais, trigo, malta & beans etc.) Grains are somewhere from 12 to 14% protein.
You've written etc... Suppose if you will mix soy beans which is about 40% protein, What would be the make up of grain mixture with etc? Just asking bro.

Soy Beans
Soy beans are high in protein but it was found that ceratin chemicals called trypsin may cause toxicity sa fowls. It's advised that soy beans shd. either be boiled or roast before feeding to fowls. The protein content of soybeans is around 27% so you may do your analysis on the proportioning to attain the desired protein level. Salamat ng marami sa inyong lahat.

That's true dude! excessive amount of trypsin may cause toxity sa fowl. Napunta tuloy sa soybeans ang topic. hehehe
soybeans grown in cold area tend to lower the protein percentage about 25 to 27%. Soybeans grown in warm soil and a long growing season promote higher protein. kaya sinabi ko about 40%. In recent research umaabot pa pala hangang 46 to 48%. I mix a little amount of soybeans and give to each bird during moulting season only at least twice a week.
Thanks Pag-asa haven, Happy New Year bro!

Try using mixed feeds that cost less yet effective. It may not be as popular as thunderbird products but just in case you would like to experiment on other brand, try using strike power pellets.

raw soy beans is 25 to 27% protein (over, under). Soy bean meal is 42 to 44 %(hulled) and 48% dehulled. Untreated soy bean is high in protease and phytate which are antinutrient and and is toxic to all the livestocks. These enzymes are trypsin inhibitors that interferes in the digestion of dietary proteins. Trypsin is needed to chop up amino acids to be digested as dietary protein and the presence of high phytates inhibits the production of trypsin in the pancreas and therefore is an antagonist.

6 mos. old pataas ( maintenance feeds )
Pigeon pellets, Corn & Conditioner grains. heheheh.... simpleng timpla lang!
For maintenance vit. try belamyl inject .3cc every 15 days and Laktamino drops.
Pagdating ng 9 ~ 10 mos. pwede mo ng itupada yan.hehehehe....
