Hello
Try Clarets, they'll break and won't compromise cutting abilty in the cross. Just my opinion:hippie:

Try lemons or roundheads. They break well with lots of cutting ability...

Use a Roundhead.
Smart, good cutting, and they break pretty well.

chickenman,
if i were you, ill try to cross it with lemon 84 to add qualities of smartness, timing and cutting ability although my preference for lemon 84 blood in my battle fowls is 1/4 ratio only, with the 3/4 anchored on game bloods.

I'd fight that cock till you ain't got him no more. Or breed him to his aunt, cousin back to the Sweater line or the Mclean side. For some 3/4, 1/4s. Why cross em up even more by adding another line in the mix?
If it's a hen, well, I quit breeding crossed hens. No more.
