The thing is you will need to find a gaff maker in the state you live. Then check the laws about owning gaffs. If they are legal to own and you drive within your state and get them. Then you are not breaking any laws.

i used to have gamefowl, for about ten years i raised em, but had to get out because i didnt have the time to care for them. its been 20 years i havent had any, everyone i knew back then is either quit or dead. when i get out of the city limits i plan on getting back into it. i am sure thers more like me that dont know!!!
