Re: pinnon hatch farms or rambler farm
I'm curious , What are the sign to look for a real good Pinnon YLH . Feather or station or something else ? comparing the 2 prestigious breeder between Mr Bruce Jones and Mr Bill Covington?

Re: pinnon hatch farms or rambler farm
Here is a 10 month old pair from Bruce...I asked him about Rambler and he said that he talked to him on the phone once and he seemed like a nice guy but he couldn't verify anything about hatch they had there at Rambler.

Listen to me, Danny, go with Rambler out of the two if Pinnion hatch is what you want, Bruce has never fought a bird in his life, so he wouldnt know what to select besides long tails,I had some that sulled and wheeled like no other would stay if i had tied them down.I culled them, if your looking for YLH look elsewhere.Maybe Filipino style but not for what you want them.I have never seen Ramblers but I can almost bet he knows more about gamefowl then Bruce.

Re: pinnon hatch farms or rambler farm
I have them from rambler an i am very impressed with mine. I believe either would be the same since bill got his brood fowl from herman and raises them the same.

Hi Danny doing good myself, I got my Pinnon YLH from a good friend that got them direct from the man himself Herman Pinnon. Only thing I know about the present Pinnon Farm is he is the nephew/grandson of Herman Pinnon and selling birds off is name.

Re: pinnon hatch farms or rambler farm
The question is, Is he breeding and raising the fowls of Mr. Herman Pinon Sr. the way he is doing it when the Old man was still alive???? Because that will make the Big difference! If change the style of breeding it will definetely affect the way the birds will perform....
Just my personal opinion
