I was wondering where would be the best place to get a white hen from? I've got a couple hatch and sweaters but just really like white fowl and not to many people here like them, and I think it would just burn them up to see someone younger do good with some white ones.

Slim Benoist "Silver Bullets" or you can get White Kelso from Bill Covington, or just call Jerry Lawrence, if your looking for a particular type it's most likely that he has it, just ask him and he'll lead you in the right direction. Hope this helps, ALoha!

I use the white claret blend with asil, at 1/4 asil grade or 1/8. Last year I bred my 3/4 white claret 1/4 asil to my Pure Lacy Roundhead cock. I got some stags with straight comb yellow legs and some pea comb with pearl legs! I will test them next season for their abilities.

Well Its my first time breeding a white just put him over roundheads and one pure whit hatch hen got some offsprings most white some came out like a blue color I will post pics of them when I get home this white claret is very good on the ground but lacks air thats why I bred him to roundhead just need to wait and see if it knicks
