If u pay attention, you'll see that every pic is titled as to what they are. No reason to be an a-hole and accuse someone of trying to sell. Scott doesn't advertise or try to sell any of his fowl, and I know this firsthand.
Scott, looking forward to raising a few of them 1/4 breeds, them boys are NASTY!!!

Scott, get you an account at Photobucket. Then you can copy the image & the pic will show in its true size. Until they ban you lol.

Re: Some of scott's asils, blended asils and crosses
Here's a broodstag given to me from Scott. He's a Boles over Hatch, and he's a cocky lil bastard!
Here are two of his sons off of a Hatch/Grey hen, also given to me by Scott.
And yes sir Scott, it'll take one hell of a cock to live under one of those 1/4 breeds!!!

|
if i was going to compete in the long knife
my choice would be one of my straight atkinson asil cocks bred to a radio hen or an atkinson /boles cross cock bred to a radio hen ,then take the 1/2 asil/ 1/2 radio son out of one of the first matings and bred him back to the radio hen again to make a 1/4 bred asil grade
cocks bred this way get the smartness ,extremly accurate cutting ability, and power from the asil blood
and the radio blood puts the ability to stay slighty above their opponent, and radio speed is equal to any good brown red, plus they are very good cutters too, with more of the american aggression and uniformity
they can fight from any angle ,even backwards ,they are true cutting machines and kill down cocks better
the two bloodlines cross very well on my yard and [ asil hatch does too]
as i have said several times i prefer the atkinson asil for making knife cocks and the boles line i have for making gaff cocks
one of the atkinson lines i have is very fast for asil
the boles line is not as fast but almost and cut just as good , they are very gritty and have a lot of bottom and are better suited for cocks used in the gaff derbies ,such as the boles hatch cross stuff
i only use the straight bred asils cocks to cross on other familes of fowl, to make brood cocks used to make battle cocks
or to make more asil brood fowl
then i take asil grades bred from different asil families to make battle cocks
scott

kywolf everything is fine between us and dark rooster too,he thought you were trying to start something and he is a close friend of mine
i have nothing against you and enjoy reading your post too
you are very welcome to post any opinions on here
i am very limited in the ability to use a computer
had to get some one else to post the pictures
and they put the names of them different than what i thought it would be
but we could not get the pictures to be bigger on here and some of the pictures were 5x7 and larger when we scan them to post on here
i even set up an account on photo bucket and tried it that way ,but still could not get them bigger
some people like me even have trouble with tv remote lol
but going to figure it out some how

Your two target practice Bullstag Sweater crosses are ready next month Bro One Roundhead Sweater, smart, accurate cutter, with side stepping technique, and one Philippine Lemon Sweater, smart, accurate cutter, waving step techique but a little bit aggressive due of the infused Ruble and YLMclean bl.
Next year, Im gonna give you an Alakdan Kelso X Possum Sweater cockerel for free.

very nice birds you have too
i like the 1/2 atkinson asil and 1/2 jap cock ,he has the body type more like my boles /atkinson blends ,because of the jap blood that is in some of my boles bloodline
i like the jappy looking type asil ,more leg better station
mine are faster and lighter on their feet
they make good brood cocks for me

Re: Some of scott's asils, blended asils and crosses
Scott, what is the normal size of these BOLES Asil, ATKINSON Asil and JAPs because I'm new to the gamefowl business and the 2 that I have look 'medium to high' stationed to me and their offspring didn't come out tall. I guess the best way for me to measure them is to measure the length of the thigh and the shank. Example: 8 inches long thigh and 4 inches long shank. Thanks!

this is my 5 basic bloodlines of asil and 3 of them were made from the original 2 lines
just about every line i have were made from the boles and melville atkinson lines
even the cobra line from ed flint were made from a boles blood line that ed got from bobby
one of my boles asil line average around 4.2 lbs, some smaller ,little bulldog looking cocks
but you will still get the odd one that will be 5 lbs or over
they have been bred down in size for many years from the original boles cock that was a grade
i don't like big asils[like the naked heal type] for breeding i like the smaller steel game body type
then i have a boles line that produces the jappy look ,taller higher station, because they were selected and breed that way from the original boles cock ,they are bigger, than the bulldog line
bobby like big hard hitting cocks
the boles /adkinson blend will produce the jappy look to[according to which families i use] and i think they are a little better when used to make brood cocks that will be used to make battle cocks
the boles blood gives them the hard punching ,good bottom, gameness
the atkinson gives them more speed ,good cutting, little more stream line
they just blend very well
then i have the melville atkinson line which looks almost like the boles bulldog line
they are blocky, wide back ,thick leg, but are faster than the boles line and a little taller
i also have the atkinson line that was made from the original melville atkinson line that has been selected and bred for a more stream line ,faster, smaller body, longer leg, lighter on their feet type
they cut very good and also make 1/2 breeds that i like
the gowdy japs are just fast cutting, leggy ,lots of leg speed and they blend very good with the asil lines i have ,they have the oriental type bodies
jap /asil crosses make good 1/4 blood battle cocks
scott

Re: Some of scott's asils, blended asils and crosses
Senate Passes Farm Bill with Animal Fighting Amendment
BY FEED: CONGRESSMAN THOMAS MARINO - REPRESENTING THE 10TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT OF PENNSYLVANIA IN GOVERNMENT
JUNE 22, 2012
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
June 22, 2012
Marino's Animal Fighting Spectator Prohibition Act included in Senate Bill
WASHINGTON –The U.S. Senate passed the Farm Bill, a comprehensive reauthorization of farm and nutrition assistance programs, on Thursday. Thanks to an amendment offered by Sen. David Vitter (R-LA), the bill includes provisions nearly identical to H.R. 2492, the Animal Fighting Spectator Prohibition Act, introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives by Reps. Tom Marino and Betty Sutton (D-OH). The amendment passed by an overwhelming vote of 88-11.
H.R. 2492 imposes federal misdemeanor penalties for individuals who knowingly attend an animal fight and felony penalties for individuals responsible for bringing a minor to such an event. The legislation is supported by more than 100 federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies including the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) and the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA).
“I applaud the Senate for taking an important step toward finally ending animal fighting activities,” Rep. Marino said. "Although we have more work to be done to assure passage in the House, the strong bipartisan support in the Senate demonstrates the need for this legislation and I urge my colleagues' support as the House Agriculture Committee begins consideration of their version of the Farm Bill."
The Animal Fighting Spectator Prohibition Act currently has 196 cosponsors in the House of Representatives. Organized animal fighting is a federal crime and illegal in all 50 states but the issue of spectators at these barbaric events is not addressed on the federal level. It is illegal in 49 states to be a knowing spectator at animal fights; 28 states impose felony-level penalties on spectators.

Re: Some of scott's asils, blended asils and crosses
The top pic is the cock that Bobby Boles gave to Al Cabrell in 1970. This is the cock that started my Boles Asil line.
The second pic shows Les Melville holding one of his Boles Asil cocks. Notice the difference in body types of the two cocks.
Finally figured out the pic enlargement after 3 days of cussing and making my gf cuss me....LOL
